1980 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 300k miles

I have a diesel 5.7 1980. There is no vacuum being produced.

Diesel motors do not supply vacuum they can't. If you are having a brake booster problem then it is the vacuum pump. Here is what it looks like it is belt driven so it could be a broken belt but this is how they make vacuum on diesel.
