Have a 2000 chevy s10 4.3l v6. Check valve from A.I.R. Pump to exhaust manifold blew. Had to replace valve all tubing from valve to A.I.R pump. Changed oil, fuel filter, new battery, also checked air cleaner, air filter. Checked MAF filter is clean. Problem is truck will only speed up if I lightly push pedal. When you try to accelerate puts, jerks, jumps. All started after I replaced the pump and valve. Also had to replace 30 amp maxi fuse under battery.

Check to see if you have any engine codes and fuel pressure. Check all your hoses and ducts for holes or disconnected especially by the maf. It can also be the injector lines inside the inlet manifold that does this as well.
