One day while driving, my truck suddenly cut off. After 2 hours, it started up and I drove off. I shut it off and it wouldnt start back up. Again, after it cooled, it started up. After I got home, it wouldnt start again. Now it wont start at all. I changed the coil, distributor cap and rotor button. The ignition module checked out ok. I put a timing light on the number 1 wire, turned the key, but the light didnt come on. So, I'm not getting any fire. It is getting fuel to the carburetor. Could it be the pickup coil / stator?

I would like you to use a spark tester to check for spark with the engine cranking. Let me k now what you find.
