High oil pressure

Both the normal gauge and the computer display in my car has recently begun showing oil pressure maxed out at 130 psi. I had an oil change and the gauge and read-out remained at 130.

I'm getting ready to sell the car and don't want this to be a problem for a new owner. Is there a computer setting or a relay switch or a filter or what might need to be replaced and where would I get such a part?

How difficult is it to check something like this. While I value my dealer and the certified Corvette mechanic who has done all of the work on this car, I'm trying to get ready to trade the car in and am trying to do as much of these "little" things as I can myself (such as the passenger seat belt replacement) to save costs. Would the staff at say an instant oil change business be able to check this value with a mechanical gauge? Or in your opinion is this a "dealer-only" situation?
