i have a 89 chevy camaro iroc-z with a 350 TPI motor and a 5 speed trans. I have replaced distributor, modulal, pick up coil, computer, traced all the wires, oil presure swithch ( gage reads about 35 psi ), tested fuel pressure ( 50 psi on fuel rale when rolling over), all fuses are good, and the injectors have constint power but has no pulse to them. I have used a noid light and it does not flash. What else could be the problem with the injectors not haveing pulse be. Motor will run if you spray gas into the intake.

What do you have for TPS volts
Check ECM grounds are clean and tight

.5 volt with throttle closed and 5.0 volts at wide open throttle
