1998 Chevy Blazer fuel pump

1998 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My 98 blazer will start and run for about 20 minutes. Once it gets hot it will shut off. Whether that has anything to do with it shutting off or not is beyond me. When it shuts off the fuel pump seems to make a different noise than when it starts. Fuel pump was replaced last year along with the filter. Fuel is in the tank at 1/2. It will not restart immediately but if I wait 5 minutes or so no problem. Vroom. Now it will only run for about 1 minute.

Is there a check engine light on, did you check fuel pressure

No check engine light. Do not have a pressure gauge. Guess I need one huh?
