1998 Chevy Blazer Fuel Pump

1st , Is a Fuel Pump considered a Lubricating Part on an Engine .
2nd , when having a fuel Pump replaced Filter was replaced ( by my Request ) is there anything else I need to be aware of in case the shop forget s something ...?

A fuel pump is lubricated by the fuel in the tank that it's submerged in but I wouldn't consider it in a category of "lubricated parts" although I would bet that there is some warranty company trying to do that.

The filter is probably the only other thing to deal with at the time but have him make the the electrical plugs have good tight contacts. GM has a lot of problems with them.
