I replaced my egr value now the truck wont run at all. Someone told us to replace the fuel pump, the fuel regulator, and filter. Is there anything other that replacing all that I can do to get it to run right. I have check the spark plug, wires, distubtor, battery, and battery cables are all good.

You need to do a bit more investigating to find the problem. You stated you replaced the EGR and now it won't run. Did it run OK before the swap? If not what was it doing? If you suspect the pump, run a pressure and volume test before you change it.
