Recently my car started overheating, it was becoming more difficult to get it to crank and stay running once my foot was off the brake. Now it will try to crank but it doesn't. I do not hear the fuel pump. What can this be and how do I fix it?

If the engine does not start and you do not hear the pump, then this is where we need to start.

We need to find out if there is power at the pump and if there is, then you need to replace the pump.

I attached the wiring diagram below that will help with this.

If the there is no power, then we need to check the relay and find out if the relay is operating.

Please see the wiring diagram and let us know what you find with this. Thanks
