Hello,

There are several possibilities of why the engine will crank but not start.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start

Let's start with the two basics fuel and spark.
When you turn the key to the on position, can you hear the fuel pump come on?
An inoperative fuel pump can be due to a bad relay, wiring or bad pump.
First check the relay. On this vehicle the relay is called PGM-FI main relay, it is located under the dash on the passenger side (see diagram).
The relay can be tested. I have attached the testing procedure and the trouble shooting guide for your reference (see diagram).

If the fuel pump is operational, then check for spark to the plugs.
No spark can be due to bad ignition coil or distributor cap, rotor, or a bad distributor.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
