Mazda cranks but wont start

There are many things that can cause this so if the engine is cranking but not starting then we need to start with checking fuel and spark. Then we need to check compression. If the engine was running and then just didn't start one day with no traumatic event, then we can assume compression is okay for now.

So, let's start with fuel. We need to check the pressure and use starter fluid in the intake and find out if the engine will start. If it does, then we need to know the pressure as you have a fuel issue.

The next thing if that does start the engine is to check for spark.

Lastly if you have fuel and spark then we need to check compression and find out where we start with this and go from there.
