Car will not start. Getting good turn over, timing okay. The main gas line pressure seems to be okay, but I am not getting a return do you think that is my problem?

Check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. not all systems use a return it could be a blockage or low pressure causing it. but start there first then check for a vacuum leak. See link.

Spay a shot of starting fluid in the intake and see if it tries to start. If it does it is fuel related. If it does nothing then check for spark and see what is missing.
