No injector Pulse. I have 12v at injectors?

1990 buick 3.3 no start. No injector pulse. I have 12v at injectors. I have replaced crank sensor, ICM and ECM. Ohmed all wiring from crank sensor to ICM and all wiring from ICM to ECM all good. Checked all power and grounds at ECM all good. Yesterday I lost spark during testing. Im stumped.

I would check all fuses to see if they are good this guide will help with the fuse location in the diagrams below. If they check out I have senet he PCM go out and cause this problem as well. Lets run the codes also to see what comes up.
