All of a sudden A/C went to heat makes no difference change in temperature control

All of a sudden A/.C went to heat. When I change the temperature up and down on the electron a control it still blows super hot air. A/C system is new compressor lines and all. Before today A/C was working perfect.

Good afternoon,

I would check the pressures on the AC system to be sure there is sufficient freon in the system The low side should be 20-25 pounds and the high side is 2 times ambient temperature plus 15%

The blend door actuator could also be bad not allowing the door to move.

1. Remove the right sound insulator.
2. Remove the IP compartment.
3. Remove the body control module and the HVAC programmer from the brackets and lay aside. See: Control Module HVAC > Procedures
4. Remove the electrical connector from the passenger air mix actuator.
5. Remove the passenger air mix actuator retaining screws (1).

6. Remove the passenger air mix actuator.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the passenger air mix actuator.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the passenger air mix retaining screws (1).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).

3. Install the electrical connector to the passenger air mix actuator.
4. Install the body control module and the HVAC programmer into the appropriate brackets. See: Control Module HVAC > Procedures
5. Install the IP compartment.
6. Install the right sound insulator.
