I put in a new blower motor, it didn't fix the problem. No A/C or heat comes out at all on any settings. Please for the love of heat, someone help me. It is cold, and i'm tired of asking all the guys in my family for help and them just literally looking at it and saying they don't know what's wrong with it instead of actually helping me work on it to find/fix the problem. If someone could just tell me what I need to do, I can do it myself. It would be greatly appreciated.

Does the blower actually turn on? I am assuming it does not turn on.

Let's start with this guide and then find out what the voltage is at the bower motor:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/low-or-no-air-flow-from-vents

I am attaching the wiring diagram but we need to check the fuse. It is in the IP fuse block. The fuse is ok then we need to replace the relay or swap it with another. I attached the layout of the IP fuse block. I circled the relay and put a square around the fuse. Let's check both and go from there.

Here are guides that help with this:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-an-electrical-relay-and-wiring-control-circuit

Once we know about this we can take next steps of checking voltages which gets more involved but we should be able to walk through it.

Good afternoon,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. Please check the fuse listed for power on both sides with the key on.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-wiring

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/low-or-no-air-flow-from-vents

Then go to the blower motor and verify power to the motor itself.

If that is okay, you need to test for power at the blower resistor. That is a common failure.

Okay. If it does blow at all we need to do what I laid out in the fuse and relay testing and then we can get into the voltage testing. Clearly if the fuse or relay are the issue then that will fix it. If not, we have a control or wiring issue. Let us know what you find and we can go from there. Thanks

I found the problem! The purple wire on the plug for the resistor is burnt and causing the resistor to misconnect. I checked both my old and new motors to see if I had just gotten a faulty one but both worked and then I moved to fuses, all of them were fine. My A/C and heat control switch also works fine. I guess I'll need to get someone to cut and rewire a new plug to go into the resistor and hopefully that'll fix my problem. Thank ya'll so much for you're help!
