My rear is blowing cold air, but the front doesn’t blow at all. Why would that be happening?

This means the front blower motor is not working which is common when the blower motor goes out. I would check the fuses first and if okay here is a guide to help you test for power and ground at the motor to help confirm the motor failure:

Here are the fuse locations and how to change the blower motor out in your car in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

So, when I said it doesn’t blow at all, it actually comes on when it wants to. So, yesterday it wasn’t blowing at all in the front but now today it’s blowing perfectly. It does this periodically so maybe not the motor. Could it be just a fuse?

Just to jump in on this because this could be a couple things including the motor still.

Basically, when it comes on when it wants to, what is happening is there is a short in the circuit and when this is open the blower will not work. When it is not, the blower will work normally.

This is normally not a fuse but a contact in the circuit somewhere which is a relay, resistor, or even the motor.

So, the way we need to check this is when this is acting up again, we need to check for power at the blower and find out if it is there.

I am attaching the wiring diagram below. If you don't have voltage at the motor, then we need to go to the control module which is a resistor and check for voltage there on each wire with the engine on and blower turned on.

Please let us know what questions you have on this.

Thanks
