After replacing coolant code P0420 appeared and will not start

Replaced the coolant and now vehicle will not start but cranks. Error code p0420 is read. Replaced both battery and alternator, belts and A/C. Pump a week ago.

Good evening.

Why did you change the coolant?

420 is a code for a bad catalytic converter. The precious metals inside are worn out. It needs to be replaced.
