1993 Acura Integra drivetrain vibration

My acura vibrates only during acceleration and its 90% of the time not always. I have already gone thru the suspension and drivetrain and everything is tight. I replaced the axles three times already with diffrent manufacturers. I rotated the tires to no avail. My throw out bearing is whining. But the clutch engages good. Have you seen anything like this before.
