Acura Clutch Pedal Problems

My 96 aura integra has a clutch pedal that has little resistance for the first half, then very strong resistance in the second. It used to be a smooth resistance that is now broken in two with the second being increasingly difficult. The car still shifts fine, in fact it seems to grab better in the lower tougher section of the pedal now but the top with little resistance (like you can push it down with 1 finger) worries me. I have checked the levels of the master and slave reservoir and also the manual transaxle fluid in the base of the car which is full. What could be causing my car to do this, it just started after sitting in the sun all day. Thanks

Bled the lines completely, new clear fluid and no bubbles yet the clutch pedal feels the same. Also now the shifter flys in and out of gear without touching the clutch pedal. Is it time for a new clutch or is something else up?
