1993 Acura Integra Clutch

1993 Acura Integra Front Wheel Drive Manual 126140 miles

To fix or not to fix? - The clutch is going on my 1993 Integra. The motor is great but the body of the car is very rusted especially the undercarriage. The next thing I would need to replace is the timing belt and water pump. In anyones opion should I spend the money and replace the clutch and eventually the timing belt or do I and try to sell the car as is now without any repairs?
