Replaced engine a year ago. When doing so the thermostat was bypassed. Only way I knew was because I had no heat. Two days ago I put in thermostat. So what is happening now is it misses, it acts like it is not getting fuel. However, it is running super rich and I can smell it as well as seeing the large black clouds of exhaust, thick. It only does this when vehicle gets to 180 to 210 Fahrenheit. It runs fine when it is cold. It seems pressure is building in radiator. I have changed 02 sensor and I am changing the coolant temperature sensor. Any other ideas?

I was going to say the coolant temperature sensor, too. So, let me know if that does not fix the black smoke and misfiring.
As far as the radiator building pressure, it is supposed to build to 15 psi, then the cap releases that pressure into an overflow reservoir. Perhaps you need a new radiator cap.
