Hi, my car dont expel sufficient amount of water from exhaust pipe like other cars of same model do in the cold weather, am afraid that do my cars air fuel mixture stays rich thats y its not oxidizing hydro carbon into water? There is no check engine light, car drives smoothly but as it is stopped from drive RPM drops, and on average RPM stays less than normal at 500 rather than 800.

Try replacing the PCV valve and for the others they expel water too much due to not warming the car sufficently-Condensation-moisture turns into water and you don't want that bad for the engine
