2007 Buick Terraza air conditioner

My air conditioner works in front but in the back it only works on floor vents, but not in top air, vents. It cools just fine and is very cold, but has very little air flo trough top vents in the rear. The heater is working the same way, I would like to repair this myself if possible.I have only had this vehicle for less than a year.

Pull your hvac fuse for the auxillary unit for 60 seconds with key on then reinstall sometimes the actuators reset otherwise see if you actuator is getting power or not. See pc

It should have come through on my answer normally below what is written or do you mean where in vehicle its on lh side here are instructions J 38778 Door Trim Pad Clip Remover
Removal Procedure
Remove the rear seats. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement (w/o SIAB) or Rear Seat Replacement (w/SIAB).
Remove the rear left quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side.
Remove the body pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement.
Remove the front door sill plate. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement (Door) or Door Sill Plate Replacement (Sliding Door).

Remove the body side front trim panel retainers using the J 38778.
Remove the body side front trim panel from the vehicle. Installationis reverse of removal.
