Slave Cylinder not extending far enough.

It doesn't disengage the clutch. The pedal is firm. Recently replaced the slave. Bled the system.

Could be a failed pressure plate if you did everything correctly.

I used a camera to observe the Pressure plate in motion. Is there a possibility that air might be in the system?

Possible but you said the pedal was firm.

What was the original issue and how long ago did you replace the slave?

About two weeks ago. The slave had to be replaced because it was leaking inside the bell housing. It had no pressure at the time. I'll replace the clutch /pressure plate and attempt to bench bleed the slave.
