2006 Chrysler town and country my a/c works at times and then others won't. Friday it only kicked on once during the day. I can still feel cool air coming out but if I put it to closed where its not the air from outside coming it nothing. When I turned it to the off position it was still showing that it was on. What could the possible problems be. I worked yesterday with only one time after turning off the vehicle that it would not kick on.

I need to know if the ac compressor is working when you get warm air. Also, you need to check the blend air door for operation. If is responsible for the air temp coming into the vehicle.
