2002 Chrysler T&C rear air conditioner

Mechanic who changed my oil said that metal tubes that go to rear air conditioner are rusting at the bracket and need replacing for $250. What do you think?

Did you get them replaced? You could just spray with oil/coat with some grease to prevent further degradation.

I think you should jump on that price. That's about half what it usually costs to do that.
