My SUV listed above (XL model) recently didn't want to start. But it did, but all my gauges were not working window, door locks A/C blowing hot air, radio none of them were working. I drove it home like that. Battery light turn on when I turn my SUV off and on again, also the ABS. Some say it could be my BCM. I don't know.

Good morning,

The first thing that needs to be done is the battery tested.

Then the charging system needs to be checked. Low voltage is the main cause of all the issues you have.

Has anyone tested anything?

Yes. They tested my alternator first it was good. Then they tested my battery and it came up that it was no good 2 1/2 years old. Replaced it with new battery started right up with everything working. My question is, why would the battery make everything not work? Just want to know.

Low voltage. If the battery is bad, it cannot provide the needed power to all the accessories for it to work correctly.

Okay. My question is, when the car is running isn't the alternator giving all the power it needs to run all the accessories for it to work correctly? Not the battery. Isn't the battery just to start up?

No, the alternator maintains the battery state of charge. The battery supplies all the power to the truck.
