I have a car that will not start but has power checked the battery and I has 100% power all electrical accessories work lights, power windows, power door locks, etc have any ideas?Car want start?

Does the starter engage, engin turn over, and just not fire?

Acts as if the battery is dead turn the key nothing just the clicking you would hear if the battery is dead turn the key again and nothing

Check that the side posts of the battery are not broken, look for signs of acid leakage. You could still have continuity to the battery, but during high amp requirement the resistance to current flow is great enough to prevent starter operation.
