Cranks rough

No coolant lose and about a month ago it would overheat and all I changed was the T-stat and its gasket and havent had any overheating issue since then. No I havent tested for furl pressure

Did you check the coolant level in radiator. If the engine is difficult to start and struggles after starting and problem is not mechanically related, the highest possibility would be fuel pressure.

Before starting the engine, turn ignition switch ON for 2 seconds, OFF and back on again for 2 seconds and OFF. Repeat 2 or 3 tinmes and try starting. If starting is easier, check the fuel pressure. Either the fuel pump is weak or there is a leak in the line which normally occurs in the fuel tank, the hose between the pump and housing.

Ok will try that tomorrow but that issue happens when I drive it and I go to turn it on it struggles. When I go to turn it on in the morning it cranks up like nothing. Can you give me the proper way of checking the fuel pressure because ive seen some videos and stuff but id rather have the info from someone who knows thanks for the response

No problem with cold start and only struggles when at operating temperature can be due to too low idling speed, valves clearances too tight, weak ignition coil and faulty ECT.
