Replaced fuel pump and it will not work how can I check to see if I rewired it correctly

I have checked the relay by swapping it out and the fuses but no luck how can I check to see if ihave power to pump

Use a test light or digital voltmeter. Did the old pump run? If you have a steel gas tank and it's rusty, it can lose the ground connection. You can find that by touching a test light to the tank while a helper cranks the engine. The test light must be grounded to the body or a rust-free spot on the frame.
