Temp control is going from 60 to 90 on its on. Turn it down it goes back up. Also blower is coming on by it self. Turn it off it comes back on

You have a programmer issue. Get a shop to see if they can read it with a scanner to find the failure

Body control located behind the drivers side rear seat.

The hvac control is under the dash by the glove box. I would look at this. Get a shop with a scan tool to monitor the functions
