Is there some sort of bleeding proceedure I didm't know about? Or why when I check for fuel pressure I have fuel present but no pressure?

No bleeding required. Have you checked to make sure the pump is good? Is it running? Is the relay good? Is it getting 12 volts?

I feel the relay clicking and replaced it with a known good relay with no change. Can I check for voltage at harness side of connector with connector unpluged? And at should only read for the 3 sec. That the relay is turned on. Right?
