94 grand am 3.1 v6 will not start changer fuel filter and pump crank sensor ecu getting spark and I have fuel at the rail

Do you have injection pulses? Also is the fuel pressure within specs-

Getting spark all you need now is fuel for combustion w/ the proper compression
