My Isuzu rodeo is a four wheel drive it's a 93 and in the winter or when it's cold my four wheel drive doesn't work but when it's warm out it goes in perfectly, one of my friends said it might be a seal but he didn't specify.

Have you checked vacuum hoses? If they are dry rotted, cold weather could cause them to leak more.
