I would like to know if there is a way to test the fuel pump relay on my truck

I have changed the fuel filter on my truck, still having trouble, would like to see about testing fuel pump relay before dropping the gas tank

First, check to see if there is power to the relay, both in and out. You should have 12v both in and out.
