Where are the high speed cooling fan relays?

On a 1993 Ford Escort, where are the high speed cooling fan relays. The cooling fan power relay is easy to find but per a Haynes manual schematic there are two more relays which switch between low and high speed that I cannot find.

Trying to find both relays(in the circuit after the cooling fan power relay)which control low to high speed fan switching. The previous owner had jumpered out the entire fan circuit so fan ran all the time. I discovered that the POWER relay had overheated, probably due to a shorted fan motor or wiring.

I am still checking all the fan's wiring. I want to verify the other two relays to make sure they are ok. But I have been unable to find them. They are shown on the Haynes manual's schematic (See attached image).

The fan relay in under the hood near the front on the drivers side here is a guide that will help you check it and the location of the relay below.
