Long story short
03 Eclipse GT 3.0 V6 6G72
Not starting, cranks but will not start.
Has a brand new battery and MAF sensor
Not getting spark, or power to fuel pump(fuel pump works)
Used a scanner tool, no codes.
Check engine light is on.
Not equipped with immobilizer and if it is, it's not activated.

The car is not getting power through the wiring harness to the fuel pump. Inside the dash, checked the relays and fuel pump relay (2) is not getting a signal. However the relay clicks fine when put in the first fuel pump relay slot. So relay works, just not the second slot.

Checked the engine fuse box and the relay slot on the side. The bottom two relays also are not working, however again the top relay works and when swapped around the relays themselves work, just not those relay slots.

Checked my CPS. I am getting twelve volts to power, do not remember ground. And when using the scan tool it registers around 250 rpm's when cranking the car.

Honestly at a loss with this one.

Due ot a battery disconnect it may be the security system see link.

It is not the security system. It has not been tripped and there is no light on dash to prove otherwise. Also, the security system in my vehicle is the immobilizer, which I explain in my OP has not been tripped.

Check relays in picture as I do not know which ones you are talking about. try tweaking the prongs on relays and use some dielectric grease on prongs for better contact. it may be fuel pump relay and not getting pressure to rail. you can also check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. See link.

Going off the image. MFI relay and A/T relay in the engine bay are not working. However when swapped with the A/C relay the relays themselves work. And fuel pump relay (2) in cabin box. Also believe me there is fuel pressure, my gas stained clothes from last week can vouch for that. Lol

Do as I said to tweek the prongs to make better contact in fuse box other wise it's a fuse box problem the mfi relay not working is probably why vehicle won't start. Tweek means to bend it slightly but not enough so it won't work.

Then the fuse box has to be looked at to see if it can make a better connection to those relays. Check to see if you have broken wire from fuse in pic.

Will check after work. My mechanic told me to pick up a new ECU and try that. Is that a possible cause?

Hmm alright, well I knew I was in for some digging and diagnostics when I bought the damn thing. Plus the wiring diagrams are all for "00-05" models haven't been able to find anything specific to mine. Like the fuse box diagrams. My engine bay box doesn't have a starter relay like showed in the picture you posted earlier. Doesn't even have those contacts for that spot in the relay box. Makes diagnostics hell.

ALRIGHT! Relay and pump are working now, but a new issue has risen lol I haven't tested for spark yet, but there is a semi loud ticking sound in the engine bay, seems to be coming from around the throttle body area.
