Sometimes when I drive my car it pulls hard left significantly but sometimes it doesn't. The service engine light soon just recently came on but the traction control and the ABS light has been on since I purchased a car from another owner 2 months ago.

Hello,

It could be the brakes are not releasing sometimes and a faulty wheel speed sensor causing the ABS light. A faulty wheel speed sensor will disable traction control and turn the traction control lamp on. Check the diagnostic service codes for the ABS for what wheel speed sensor or sensors is faulty. Check the brake pads and calipers for sticking or rusted brake pads. The brake pads and rotors may need replaced with a complete brake fluid flush. I'm attaching repair guides below for you to reference . Let us know if this information is helpful or if you need more info.
