1994 Cadillac Deville V8 Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 210000 miles

I have a 1994 cadillac deville, and at 59mph the traction active light comes on and car starts to decelerate, but if I slowly accelerate problem doesnt happen I want to know why this is happening.

Scan for codes, off and warmer on the heater controls, with key in the on position, write them down and post them here, then I can probally help

I did that and it says p17 it just did that today and service engine light came on when car started to decelerate after going 59 mph.

Ck the brake fluid level, are you sure its 17, my 95 book starts at 21
