Will not up shift

When I am driving it will not shift from second to third. At about thirty five mph it goes into a neutral mode engine revs coast to slower will renegade or manually shift to L1.

Hey JOHN,

Please check the fluid level of the transmission, if that's okay then its sounds like the transmission has lost its 2nd to 3rd servo seal which means the transmission needs to be rebuilt.
