Went to drive it about a month ago and it would not start or roll over. Now I do not have anything on the inside. No power windows, no instrument panel, no radio, no blower and no interior lights. But I have headlights, turn signals and brake lights.

I would start by cleaning the wiring connections and making sure the battery is in good shape. Then check the under hood fuse box. Not so much for blown fuses but for corroded fuses that are not connecting good on both sides. Then check the grounds as well. Rust will wipe out a ground quick. The ones for the interior are in the lower left kick panel area and attached to the A pillar level with the dash itself.

If it has been sitting for long you would also want to look for rodent damage, mice, rats, chipmunks, all love to chew wiring.

Check for a blown fuse #102 in the central junction block which is located near right A pillar.

We checked all the fuses and relays and they are all good. If we ground the starter relay we can get it to roll over but not. We tried jumping the battery ab d that still did not do anything. Fuel pump is running.

What you need to do is use a voltmeter or at least a twelve volt test light and test that fuse for battery voltage (twelve volts) on both sides of that fuse and it should be hot all the time. Did you remember to have to key on run when jumping the starter relay?
If that fuse #102 does have power to both sides, put your finger tips on that starter relay and feel if it clicks once when the key is turned to start.
If not, check the PCM fuses. Make sure the check engine light does come on for bulb check and that it and also any security lights go out after fifteen seconds or so.
