Will not start

Car will turn over, but will not start. I check spark to distributor it does not have spark. What can I check for?

The place to start is by reading and recording the diagnostic fault codes. Here is a link that shows how you can do that yourself without a scanner:

The most likely suspects are the crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor. Mitsubishi has other names for those. We will worry about that once you have a fault code to tell us where to start.
