Replaced PCM, BCM, ICM, Crank sensor, cam sensor, timing chain and fuel pump. Checked fuses and relays. Engine cranks, getting fire, jumped the fuel pump, but injectors are not firing.

Try another key if you have one not a new key then have a mechanic scan for codes as it may be a security issue and transponder does not work right. Check all fuses under hood and in car as well.

Already did all that, but the scan tool said that it could not communicate with the computer. All fuses and relays are good. Could the pass-lock module on the key switch be bad?

Yes that is why I said to try another key but if you change the key or ignition switch it has to be programmed to your car by a mechanic. Also the aldl will need to be fixed so a scanner will hook up and read it. If a mechanic reads theh computers he may be able to get it to work as is.
