Turns over wont start

Everything to the car and it still won't start it cranks but won't start be replaced the coil the belt the timing we've checked it's got spark it's getting fuel we've got new spark plugs for it and it still won't start cranks over but won't start we've checked the EGR valve and it's fine we've checked all the things it could be everything seems to be all right but it still won't start what could be wrong with it who do the Diagnostics on it and got code 29 and 16 which is the EGR system and EGR vent solenoid which we checked those and they seem to be fine and we reset the ECU I don't know what the hell's wrong with the car can somebody please help in about fed up with it and don't know what to do

It sounds like the engine is out of time, we can confirm this by doing a compression test.
