It has fuel but no spark, I have replaced distributor cap rotor button and ignition coil. It's getting 12 volts to coil. But no sparks coming out of it.

Hi,

Have you checked the ignition control module? If it is bad, you won't get spark to the plugs. It is in the distributor. I attached a pic of it and the pickup coil in the distributor. However, my first suspect is the module. It is number 14 in the picture. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?

Please run down this guide and report back. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens. Joe

I have a question about the same truck. Last night my son was driving it, and it backfired and just stopped. It will turn over and kind of run, its still getting gas.
