Engine rotates will not run

About two weeks ago I was driving and my truck started to run erratic and stopped several times. Tried to start it, even pump more gas and it ran rough. Several more attempts and never started. I have before this replaced the TBI, fuel pump, distributor with new plugs and wires two months prior. Was running fine until two weeks ago. I am at a loss with this.
Any advice could use it. Do not trust the shade-tree mechanics.
