Turn signals work but high beam won’t come on and steering wheel controls won’t let you view info on dash or control radio car. Lock button won’t lock doors either. I’m lost, don’t know where to start. Should I replace all the controls?

Hello,

This sounds like the clock spring behind the steering wheel is out which is common. To be sure lets do a CAN scan to see what comes up. here is a video that shows what to do:

Here are the instructions on how to change out the clock spring in case this is what it turns out to be. can I ask if any work to the steering has been done lately?

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Okay, then the problem is probably the clock spring module. To be sure lets do a CAN scan. Please let us know what happens.
