Truck will not start unless accelerator in all the way on the floor. Replaced fuel pump (when this started). Replaced fuel regulator and filter. Good steady pressure. Replaced spark plugs and checked all fuses and relays. Also checked that the security system was not the problem. I'm at a loss at what to check next.

Check the EVAP canister purge valve. It is the valve that is next to the coil pack on the side of the engine. They can stick open and then the engine starts pulling fuel vapor from the tank and act like they are flooded. A quick test is to remove the valve and try to blow through it. With it off the air shouldn't move through it. It's a common failure item.

Thank you for your suggestion, but purge valve seems to be good (cannot blow through it). Any other suggestions would be appreciated. I do have steady fuel pressure from new pump but I have seen where it supposed to be around 56 psi. Mine is 44, do you think that could be a problem?

Low pressure would do it. Is that constant pressure? What does the pump do if you block the return line. Do you get full pressure then or does the pressure stay at the 44psi?
