Transmission slips

Transmission slips. Had a dealer do a flush and new filter and it was immediately worse. After it warms up you can hit the gas pedal and it moves real slow but the rpm does not even rev up. It happens in reverse and drive. Then when you get it moving it revs up to 4000 to 5000 rpm and does not go, you need to feather the gas pedal real light to get it to go.

If that is the CVT unit, the slipping is the sign that it needs to be replaced. There are a few places that rebuild them.
You can have a transmission shop run a pressure test on it but if you made it 118,000 on the OEM unit you have done a lot better than most vehicles with that unit in them.
