Transmission problems

Transmission jumps from first to third on take off and stays in third until you park it then drains the battery.

Hey LINDA

It sounds like the battery could be causing the problem. If the system is running on low voltage because the alternator cannot keep up it will mess with the transmission, Also check the transmission fluid level.
